Disorderly Person's Offenses
A disorderly persons offense is a quasi-criminal offense and if convicted, it will appear on your criminal history record. For some offenses, i.e. drug offenses, you may even be subject to a loss of license from 6 months to 2 years and jail time. We understand that these potential penalties will have a serious impact on your life and may impact your employment or appear on background checks. That's why we fight for you with the same zeal and effort that we bring to our most serious cases.
Traffic Violations
Traffic tickets can lead to loss of license and some even carry mandatory jail time attached to the penalties. Just because the potential penalties may be less than other offenses, we take them seriously because of the practical impact they can have on your life.
