James Beal is a civil trial lawyer. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals, families, and small businesses in a wide variety of cases involving tort claims, breach of contract, general commercial disputes, insurance claims, and consumer protection issues. James has tried cases to verdict in courts across Missouri and Illinois, and also represented clients in arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. In his personal injury and workers compensation practice, James primarily represents plaintiffs and injured employees. James also actively represents individuals in consumer protection matters involving fair debt collection practices, and state consumer protection laws. In addition to his active civil practice, James represents private clients in family law disputes, and handles pro bono work for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
